Tim Keller

I have been managing, directing, and building creative culture for more than 20 years. My agency, corporate marketing, and not-for-profit experience give me an unique perspective to building brands across a myriad of business models. 

The last six years have been spent managing the internal agency that serves Indiana University and serving as the owner of the brand. Our leadership in directing the university's brand has created opportunities to present on a national stage and receive accolades in national award submissions. As creative director, I lead the creation of the guiding documents and brand implementation across the university. My team is the leader in creating consistency across all platforms of marketing Indiana University.

The agency serves only university clients in a billable agency model. The creative agency, IU Communications and Marketing, is 31 creative professionals including content marketers, art directors, front end developers, UX and information architects. 

Before becoming the creative director at Indiana University, I managed marketing for a international manufacturer of performance apparel, and before that I led the marketing team for a national commercial developer. I'm a 1997 graduate of Indiana State University, with a degree in communications and public relations, and later studied directing and stage management in the theatre department at Indiana University.
