I believe in the value of culture change, and coming together from all points of view to create something that makes people think differently. The best way to get something done is to hire the right people and take care of them. I believe in my people and they know it, and they're better for it–––way better. I live by these two David Ogilvy mantras: "if you hire people bigger than you are, we shall become a company of giants", and most of all– "if you want to be interesting, be interested."

If you would like to chat, shoot me a note. I’d love to share more about my experience as a culture-creator and creative/brand manager. I can be reached at (812) 219-7691 or tkdrum92@gmail.com.

More about me

Growing up, I would get dressed three times before I would leave for primary school. I was also focused on the difference between the "real tools" from the local True-Value and those fakes from the intermittent tool-tent that set up shop once-a-summer in my hometown. The difference between Guess Jeans, and the shitty-denim brand that turned the triangle upside down because they knew that there was something to gain from looking like a brand that had established itself as a leader. There are 32 vent holes in the toe of the original Adidas Top Tens. I could spot the fakes a mile away, and my parents hated it. A young curator of style in a midwestern community that didn't really care all that deeply for aesthetic.

"I took notice of the more subtle things that made the real brands stand out."

Times have changed, although I am still interested in the details of the story and what subtleties set a brand apart. I love to tell stories that make people laugh... or cry. I value the opportunity to pitch work and win. Video is fascinating- I love to work in it. I love music, performance, theatre, sports and most importantly, my family.
